Abstracts are to be submitted by downloading and filling the template with the following fields:
  • Introduction: (Limit of 400 characters)
  • Methods: (Limit of 400 characters)
  • Results: (Limit 900 characters)
  • Conclusions (Limit of 400 characters)
  • References (max of 4)

Oral presentation (15 min):
Presentation must be in PowerPoint or pdf. 
All speakers are required to upload their presentation at least 2 hour prior to their scheduled talk.
 

Poster presentation:

Dimension: 80 cm (Width) x 120 cm (Height)

Thanks to the Editor in Chief of the European Food Research and Technology journal, scientific contribution to the Congress will have the opportunity to be published on a dedicated Special Issue of the journal. Of course, all contributions which shall be published in this special issue must be in the scope of EFRT and will undergo a peer-revising process. The Special Issue will publish a limited number of papers, hence some selection could be needed. Presenting authors will be informed in due course about the process.
